Today we spent some quality time with our wonderful hosts at Malmö Högskola. After enjoying a lunch of apple and smoked salmon salad, we were given a tour of Malmö University’s library and computer facilities and were introduced to our ESN guides. We then were given short but very interesting lectures introducing us to the Swedish language and the political history of Sweden. Before dinner, we had time to wander around Malmö’s beach near the harbor. The residential area there is filled with very modern and attractive condos that together form a very colorful and well-designed neighborhood. Afterwards, we enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Bistro Royal. I had grilled cod with an asparagus risotto that was absolutely delicious.
