We awoke early this morning so we could get from our dorm in Malmö across the bridge to Copenhagen as quickly as possible. After spending most of our morning getting into the city and getting our bearings, we ate lunch and enjoyed some champagne by Nyhavn.
Following that, we wandered around for a short while and re-congregated to attend a lecture by the Danish Institute for Study Abroad‘s Salman Ahmad, a positive psychologist. Following the talk, we grabbed some coffee, and set out to explore the Danish commune and free town of Christiania. In many parts of the town, photos are not allowed, so I didn’t risk taking any pictures there. Afterwards, we left to eat dinner back at Nyhavn. I enjoyed a delicious plate of prawns with aioli. Following that, we were all pretty tired, and made our way back to Malmö.
