Today we visited the Louisiana, a modern art museum just outside of Copenhagen. This museum was filled with lots of interesting sculptures and pictures, but we mostly explored the outdoor exhibits since it was such a nice day. The museum was right on the waterfront, so we had a nice view of sailboats gliding through the waters that separate Sweden and Denmark.
We got lunch at the museum and made our way via train to meet Sharmi Albrechtsin, an American-Danish journalist and blogger. Sharmi told us lots of stories about moving from the United States to Denmark and explained more about the Danish-Happiness phenomenon. The talk gave us lots of great context to go with what we’ve learned about Scandinavia.
